Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, accessories, and protective materials.
- A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale”
- Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene and safety reasons)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps
1. Contact us at contact@osyshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions along with the return address.
3. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window may not be accepted or refunded.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges (if any).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@osyshop.com
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@osyshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. Return Shipping Address
You will receive the return shipping address once your return request is approved. Please do not send returns to the address on your package without contacting us first.
